I love this auction house, I attend in person. The comfy seats and free coffee keeps me bidding. Very helpful staff, light hearted and fun. I usually purchase more than I plan for. Cash or card payment makes it easy: I also go to the shop down the road and get a pasty when waiting for the next lot to bid on

My first time buying from this auction. I bought online, the auctioneers were friendly and witty. The selection of items for sale was very varied and interesting. I came away with an excellent very large woollen rug and will definitely use Dartmoor Auctions again.

I watched the auction and bid online. Perfect place to grab a bargain or find that one thing you never knew you needed until you saw it. The team are so very jovial yet still professional both online and especially when you go to collect your purchases. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again.

I sent items for sale on 11th February 2023 and should have been paid within 4 weeks. The items made good prices but it took Dartmoor Auctions 12 weeks to pay me, despite constant requests for my money. I was frustrated as there was no one else I could contact concerning this. No phone number for Ann Thorp or David Force and Tim Penrose was quite unable to sort out the problem, despite constant promises to pay me.

Great auction house, I purchased online and when I went to pick up my items the whole team were very helpful and jovial, it was a great experience and one I will be repeating no doubt.

Quirky auction house located alongside Bowden's Nursery in the pretty little village of sticklepath. Usually has a great mix of local items and many absolutive bargains are often to be found. Definitely worth a browse through the catalogue and view in person if possible.

Very helpful. I was a courier for a buyer. They loaded 10 pieces. Sadly I have to agree with phone speed. I also think what3words or GPS would help, as a professional driver this or a sign would help
